Chef Paul Beckwith
After graduating high school, Chef Paul joined the U. S. Army and was later honorably discharged due to an injury. He returned to Florence, Alabama where he worked several jobs in the restaurant industry. He eventually relocated to Tuscaloosa, Alabama after accepting a construction position that later gained him employment at Lowe's.  In 1998, he became a forklift operator and then promoted to mixer operator at BF Goodrich Tires. In the Year 2000, he became a father to two loving twins (Peyton Mckenzie & Paul Grayson Beckwith). While working at the tire plant, Chef Paul studied at Shelton State Community College and became certified in Industrial Maintenance. 


Let's Grub Catering Company
While cooking leisurely, Chef Paul's wife, Jessica captured every moment. Not only did she capture every  moment, she encouraged him to start sharing the captured moments on social media. With his wife's encourgement and positive feedback from social media, family, and friends, Let's Grub Catering Company was created in 2018. Let's Grub Catering Company has been featured on major  platforms such as The Hip Hop Foodie, Oklahoma Joe's, Bed Bath and Beyond, CutCo Cutlery,  and The Fresh Market.
